While COVID-19 is prevalent in society Capital Towing has informed us that they will not be transporting drivers back to Columbus Yellow Cab in their vehicle to ensure the safety of their employees.
Due to COVID-19 we are kindly asking that before bringing any vehicle to the shop for maintenance that you thoroughly sanitize and disinfect your vehicle.
For the time being with COVID-19, in attempts to reduce the spread of germs, we will not be requiring vouchers to be signed by passengers. This is strictly a temporary adjustment to the way we operate.

When running multi-stop trips you DO NOT need to call into dispatch to have them manually complete the first leg of the trip so that you can receive a new trip ID
