Suspension Policy Update

Drivers,

We are working to improve servicing our customers and our drivers. In doing this, we have updated the suspension policy.

Bail Out / Re-dispatch: 1 Hour Automatic Suspension. The only acceptable reason that a driver should be bailed out from a fare and released from suspension is if they have a pre-arranged pick up with Cristo Rey or FCBDD.

Fast Meter: 1 Hour Automatic Suspension

Slow Meter: If a driver accepts a fare and does not move towards it in five minutes, the fare will be bailed out and the driver will be suspended for an hour.

No Accept: 1 Hour Automatic Suspension.

Reject: 1 Hour Automatic Suspension.

Drivers are still required to service all fares even if a phone number is not available. If you are concerned for your safety, you must still attempt pickup with our safe practices in mind, or else the fare will be re-dispatched with suspension. If you arrive on site and still feel unsafe, please contact dispatch where they will verify that you did attempt to pick up the trip.

Do not be booked in when you are out of your vehicle, turning in vouchers, heading to or at the shop. If you get a suspension for one of these reasons, your suspension will remain for its entire duration

If for some reason there is a system error under no circumstances will we remove the suspension, you must come to the office and shop the vehicle so that we can look into the issue further.
