Here are the steps on how to properly run a taxi card.
1) You must take the card from the customer, the card cannot be processed in the back seat.
2) Navigate to where the options to run a trip as an account, cash, or cc form are located and select the cc form option.
3) Enter the numbers on the taxi card in the box provided.
4) For the card expiration date input 12/21, then press okay.
5) Once all of this is done, the card will process correctly and you will be paid correctly.
You cannot do this with any other card. This is specifically for taxi cards. Taxi cards are able to be distinguished by the Columbus Yellow Cab logo located on it.
