Beginning April 1st we will be transferring our shop ticketing service from Shop My Cab to Shop Monkey. When submitting a Shop Monkey ticket you can either navigate to the repair request in DriveLinq or navigate to the same form on the driver website at empoweringcolumbus.com. Once you have filled out all of the necessary information, remain in your vehicle until someone from the shop department instructs you on what to do. You will receive both email and text notifications.
