Taxi Card Issues

Drivers,

If anyone is experiencing issues with the taxi cards please please contact the accounting department immediately to have the card charge and processed manually, or write down the TaxiCard number and client name along with the fare amount and your lease number on a white voucher. If you decide to write down the fare information on a white voucher, please make sure to turn in these white vouchers in a separate envelope and mark it TAXICARDS so that they aren’t scanned in with the rest of the vouchers.
