Please remember to always assist passenger in wheel chairs that are able to transfer out of the wheel chair each and every time. We make sure to cover this in both our new hire and PAR training because it is highly important. If a passenger is able to transfer, as ad driver, you are to offer assistance and secure the wheelchair in the trunk.
