Please make sure that you do not interfere with Capital Towing when they arrive on scene to assist you. They are requesting that you either stay in the vehicle or sit in their truck until a determination has been made on how to fix your taxi. Please do not try to help or advise them on how to do their jobs. Over the past few weeks Capital and Yellow have had equipment damaged, destroyed, and their drivers have been placed in dangerous situations due to our team not following directions. Any additional incidents will lead to the termination of our contract with them and the driver involved. Please reach out to Val, Mike or Chris with any questions.
