As more routine face-to-face appointments begin, the VA clinic has designated the south entrance to the facility as a drop-off point and the north entrance to the facility as the pick-up point for all drivers. All patients must enter the facility through this main entrance and consent to a Medical Screening. After dropping their patients off, drivers should continue to park in the designated spaces located on the north side of the facility. If drivers are waiting for their patients, they can either wait in their van or in the building provided they adhere to physical distancing, capacity limits, and screening requirements.
