PTI Drivers,
PTI is now requiring Columbus Yellow Cab drivers to log the name and employee ID for every railroad employee that gets in your vehicle in order to keep all individuals healthy and safe. Located in the office you will find the following form that will be used to log this information. Please make sure that if you are a PTI driver you are utilizing this form. It is imperative to be filling out this form in order to guarantee proper payment.
