We at Columbus Yellow Cab wanted to reach out to all of our dedicated driving partners and let you know that even though this time of uncertainty has been difficult, business is beginning to pick back up. In the time that many of you have been away, we have made great strides to grow business and increase the safety for our passengers and our driving partners. With the number of rides quickly increasing, we are asking you for your help and support with the rise in trip volume.

We know that some of you may be concerned about your safety, but we at Yellow Cab have put forth great efforts to protect your health and wellbeing. During this period we have acquired and implemented industrial grade masks, a large supply of disposable gloves, extremely effective disinfectant spray, contactless voucher exchanges and payments, decreased face-to-face interactions, screening questions for all callers, steam cleaning for vehicles, and lease payments that favor our dedicated drivers.

We know times are difficult and the road ahead will still be challenging, but in efforts to keep business going we are asking for your help.
