Recently we have run into a few issues with our Moms2Be account. Due to COVID-19, Moms2Be is now helping assist its clients to and from getting essential supplies. With this they are paying for wait time whether it be fifteen minutes or two hours. That’s why if you receive one of these trips and see that its a round trip and that wait time is include in the notes, you must wait. There are no exceptions or removals from these trips. It is our duty to provide these individuals with safe and reliable transportation. If you have issues with this you can ask to be taken off from this account prior to receiving one of these calls. But if not instructed ahead of time, you will be expected to take and complete the full trip or risk suspension.
