Soon all taxable and non-taxable accounts will be flat rated. This will be done in preparation of moving towards paperless and true pricing. If stops are added, make sure to have dispatch make proper adjustments to guarantee proper payment. This does not include special accounts with their own set billing rules such as Senior Option, PTI, and Pharmacy.
