Instructions For Missing Taxi Charger Checks

If you left a balance on your Taxi Charger driver payment card, then a check was mailed to your home address. If your home address has changed since the start of the program, then you may not have received it.

If you did not receive your check, then please immediately do the following:

1. Find your Taxi Charger payment card

2. Call cardholder support: 1-855-956-1561

3. Ask them to update your home address

4. Ask them to send you a new check
