Until we go paperless, it is VERY important for you to read the notes on your screen for every trip. Our new contract with senior options states that we can only bill 50 miles over what the client is authorized for Expanded miles. We are now adding notes for clients that are consistently going over more than 50 Expanded miles. So, you will now start seeing notes that will say “CAN NOT HAVE FLAGGED FARES MUST CALL DISPATCH W/ADDRESSES”. These stops must be called in, or you will be CHARGED BACK if we cannot bill those miles. So please make sure you are reading the notes for every trip! Due to this new policy, we must ask all drivers to turn in all vouchers weekly.
