Drivers, exciting changes are happening here at Columbus Yellow Cab and you can expect to notice some of these changes for yourself beginning Sunday 4/14! We have recently partnered with a global mobility application known as Here Mobility that helps its users access all forms of transportation in a given city with the tap of a finger. I’m excited to announce we are the only taxi company to be offered on this global mobility application in the city of Columbus. This is a big step towards helping us achieve new clientele!
That being said there are a few things to watch for.
Starting Sunday evening there will be calls from the new application.
Payment types will appear as card on file or payment in car
When you see trips with payment in car you will need to charge the individual either cash or card in your vehicle
Trips from this app will have a reference number that is not used by Yellow Cab
