We at Columbus Yellow Cab have a zero tolerance policy on harassment. Harassment may include, but is not limited to:
physical contact.
invasion of personal space.
suggestive remarks or sounds.
unwanted comments on dress and appearance.
jokes of a sexual nature.
display of sexually offensive material.
verbal threats.
unnecessary photographs or videos of passengers
When assisting a passenger always make sure to get permission before moving closer. Drivers who violate this policy will have their partnership with Columbus Yellow Cab terminated immediately. It is our responsibility at Columbus Yellow Cab to transport all passengers in a safe and respectful manor.
