Starting on Monday, November 25th, drivers are required to fill out their vehicle inspection forms correctly in addition to writing the starting and ending odometer readings on the form as well. If you fail to properly follow these instructions your voucher envelopes will be handed back to Driver Empowerment and no payment will be received until the sheets are correctly filled out.
