We now have multiple accounts that REQUIRE preprinted vouchers. Those accounts will not pay if the vouchers are not their preprinted vouchers. In particular, to prevent fraudulent use, Doctor’s West (account number 306308) will not pay for a completed trip that is not on one of their preprinted vouchers. The only exception are No Shows. If you receive a trip for account 306308 and the passenger does not have the preprinted voucher, DO NOT TRANSPORT!
Any vouchers turned in for 306308 that are not a No Show and not on the preprinted voucher will be charged back.
